Boomer's Best Buddies was founded by Jennifer Kanaitis, along with the help of a small group of her animal-loving friends. Her passion for rescue began after bringing home a very special dog named Boomer, saved just in the nick of time on his last day in the shelter. Knowing this amazing dog would not be here if her family hadn't given him a 2nd chance inspired her to volunteer for another rescue with the goal of someday starting her own. That day is finally here! We are ready to continue rescuing those who need us most.
